High Holiday Services
September 1, 2026
Shanah Tovah! Temple Beth Israel wishes you a happy and healthy 5787 and invites you to worship with us for the High Holidays. We have once again made arrangements with Farmington Valley Jewish Congregation-Emek Shalom of Simsbury to livestream three of their High Holiday services from their sanctuary directly to our sanctuary, where our congregants will be able to gather together, view the services, and participate virtually. The services will be led by Rabbi Rebekah Goldman (who, as some of you may recall, was our spiritual leader during her student years at Hebrew College).
TBI’s schedule of services for the upcoming High Holidays is as follows:
Rosh Hashanah:
Saturday, September 12th at 9:00 AM - Morning Service
Yom Kippur:
Sunday, September 20th at 7:30 PM - Kol Nidre
Monday, September 21st at 9:00 AM - Morning Service
To assist us in our participation, FVJC-ES will be lending us copies of the Mishkan Ha’Nefesh (Machzor for the Days of Awe), which will allow our congregants to directly access the readings and prayers for the High Holiday services.
If you have any questions, please call the Temple at (860) 379-8923 and leave a voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
We look forward to having you join us!
